You Cannot Not Communicate.
This is the statement which started Friday's workshop at the Elk Grove Library. I'm not going to spend a lot of time in the post discussing the Infopeople workshop. It's the weekend and my eldest has just turned 15. She's in the Living Room with a bunch of her girlfriends "communicating." Set your imagination to work. This is what we were discussing in the workshop: How to view our job from the perspective of those who walk into the Library for what ever reason. Now, I've never been able to view life from the perspective of a teenage girl. I think I can view the Library from the perspective of some of our patrons.
Let me think about this.
